  Usually when you stay at a Premier Inn you know what you're getting. This place didn't even come close to the mark. I was "greeted" at reception with a sigh and "Name". That was it, no hello. No can I help you, just name. After checking in, I asked if there was an ironing board in the room and was told no. After a pause, I asked if it was possible to have an ironing board the receptionist shouted through to the office to see if there were any left. A few minutes later a man brought an ironing board and iron and placed it at the end of reception. After taking my bags up to my room and returning downstairs to get the iron and ironing board, managing to scrape my foot on the metal plate on the board, I managed to unpack. The iron leaked, the plug socket was broken, there was toothpaste still on the bathroom sink from a previous guest, the toilet seat was broken and the bed was crumpled. Not what you expect from Premier Inn at all. Very disappointing.

  Stayed here in a premier plus room on the 3rd floor on a Sunday night. Heard some noise looked out of the window to see 5 youths playing football in the rear car park starting to thump the ball against room walls. They left I think because it started raining I was later woken up by the sound of cars revving around the industrial estate. The room had a broken shower bracket but was clean however it's situation on an industrial estate means it's likely to attract similar issues in the future.

  Room was comfortable, service was great especially Marjan at reception was very friendly and the handyman was attentive and polite. Restaurant wasn't great as when I arrived 45min before closing time, there was hardly anything left and no top ups done.

  Had a really great stay at Premier Inn. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and maintained to the high standard you would expect compared to what you are paying!!!. A special thank you to Marjan at the reception, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her excellent customer service. We truly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay within the area of it’s location .

  My stay at this premier inn was very easygoing and the staff were so helpful at the front desk! They ensured myself and my boyfriend were comfortable in our room and had no issues.Lacey and Marjan ensured we were settled into our stay very swiftly and helped us with anything we needed. Would 100% recommend!
